HOMEWORK 3

 Feeding Habits

Today we will talk about my diet usually.

Breakfast from Monday to Friday at 6:00 am a smoothie containing protein, a spoonful of choloclate and a banana, as well as an egg with ham.

Sometimes at the university I have a cake, muffins or whatever we cook in class and water to keep me hydrated.

I get home around 4:00 pm and I eat 100 grams of steamed vegetables, 70 grams of rice or spaghetti, and protein is two servings of chicken.

Between lunch and dinner I eat 1 piece of fruit, either an apple or snacks like salt-free popcorn.

For dinner, it's usually at 9:00 pm and I like to eat something light like a bowl of cereal with fruit or a sandwich with a cup of tea.

On weekends my diet and schedules change a lot since I have breakfast at 10:00 pm and eat at 2:00 pm.

In the afternoons, my family and I usually go out for a walk and eat many Mexican appetizers, and we have 3 synchronized dinners or 2 hot cakes.

I usually eat a certain amount of everything because if I eat too much I can't sleep at night or I get sick to my stomach.
