In this blog I will tell you advantages and disadvantages of obtaining articles that we see through the internet. 

It´s necessary to know which are the most reliable pages based on their reviews or comments given by customers.

If we want to buy clothes or shoes, it´s important to know our exact measurements and see which size is assimilated to us so that it fits us well.

Based on articles or things, it´s convenient for us to see the information of each of these since there are times when things arrive larger or smaller, so it is not a good idea to buy without first verifying the details. It is difficult to get some specific items, for example food. It is not convenient that we ask for it in a place out of our reach since it will be spoiled.

Safety tips when shopping online:

• Buy from well-known and reputable websites.
• Avoid links in emails and ads.
• Find and carefully read the privacy policies, privacy notice, and return policies.
• Check that the provider's website where you will carry out the transaction informs you of their physical address, telephone numbers and any means to go in case you need to file a claim.
• Set alerts and carefully review bank statements.
• Use a single online payment instrument.
• As an additional security measure, always log out and end the session when you have finished making your purchase.

 

Finally I can conclude that it is not a good idea to buy certain items in addition to the fact that due to global warming we must stop consuming many things.

Collage.

I really like the rock band "Gorillaz" because I feel they have the longest history.

Romantic movies are my favorite because they are the most sentimental and convey more emotions than usual. In most of those movies there is Anne H. and I think she is a very good actress.

The exercise that seems most interesting to me is swimming since the whole body is worked and the one that least attracts my attention is basketball.

I think that warm climates are more beautiful than cold ones because it gives you a better vibe and you feel more productive.

Dogs are more faithful than cats and that is why I like them more, they are very sweet and intelligent.

People on the move

At the beginning of the semester I felt super nervous about knowing which classmates I was going to  live together with, besides I was very excited to know what I was going to learn and how the evaluation was going to be, in the first class it was interesting for me that we met we introduced and it was something very easy for me.

Now that I am about to finish the subject, I feel very grateful for everything I learned, the dynamics that were carried out during the course, in all the classes the book was always worked on and in the readings that were done, the pronunciation and vocabulary.

Personally, I really liked the classes since we always all participated and I consider that I needed to develop the ability to listen to words and write them since sometimes the audios failed me in the past. For this, I should watch more movies in English and listen to songs so that I get used to it.

 Feeding Habits

Today we will talk about my diet usually.

Breakfast from Monday to Friday at 6:00 am a smoothie containing protein, a spoonful of choloclate and a banana, as well as an egg with ham.

Sometimes at the university I have a cake, muffins or whatever we cook in class and water to keep me hydrated.

I get home around 4:00 pm and I eat 100 grams of steamed vegetables, 70 grams of rice or spaghetti, and protein is two servings of chicken.

Between lunch and dinner I eat 1 piece of fruit, either an apple or snacks like salt-free popcorn.

For dinner, it's usually at 9:00 pm and I like to eat something light like a bowl of cereal with fruit or a sandwich with a cup of tea.

On weekends my diet and schedules change a lot since I have breakfast at 10:00 pm and eat at 2:00 pm.

In the afternoons, my family and I usually go out for a walk and eat many Mexican appetizers, and we have 3 synchronized dinners or 2 hot cakes.

I usually eat a certain amount of everything because if I eat too much I can't sleep at night or I get sick to my stomach.

Freddie Mercury

Freddie Mercury was born in Farrokh Bulsara on September 5th 1946, he was a British singer and songwriter who achieved worldwide fame as the lead vocalist of the rock band Queen.

Regarded as one of the greatest singers in the history of rock music, he was known for his flamboyant stage persona and four-octave vocal range. Mercury defied the conventions of a rock frontman with his theatrical style, influencing the artistic direction of Queen.

Freddie Mercury was 1.79 meters tall, weighed 81.6 kilograms and had dark brown eyes. Furthermore, they were able to conclude that at his most eccentric stage, the leader of Queen pushed his vocal system to the limit. In the images they found a strange physical phenomenon called subharmony, similar to Tuvan throat singing.

He could be a diva, he was very funny but he could also be very closed and very shy. He brought out the inner rock star in him on stage, and off stage he preferred a quiet life.

In the early 1970s, Mercury had a long-term relationship with Mary Austin, whom he met through guitarist Brian May. Austin, born in Fulham, London, met Mercury in 1969 when she was 19 and he was 24 years old, a year before Queen had formed

On November 24, 1991, Mercury died at the age of 45. His official cause of death was bronchopneumonia complicated by AIDS. Although he was not a religious person, his funeral was conducted by a Zoroastrian priest.
